My journey is proof that extraordinary transformations are possible. Arriving in Switzerland 23 years ago without any higher education or language skills, I faced immense challenges. Yet, driven by relentless ambition and resilience, I rose from entry-level recruiter to being on the executive leadership team of the number one recruitment company in the world, managing teams across Switzerland. But titles and corporate success were not enough. I sought deeper fulfilment, freedom, quality time with the family, and the flexibility to live life on my own terms. That is why I founded my first company, We Recruit.

After 7 years of entrepreneurship and redefining what success means to me, I am inspired to take my passion for supporting individuals further with We Coach. I want to dedicate my new ambition to empowering others to redefine and achieve their own visions of success.

My coaching style is authentic, inspiring and thought-provoking, designed specifically for those ready to confront their limitations and courageously step into the life they truly desire.

2018

Left my executive leadership role and launched my first business We Recruit to follow my dreams and live the life I wanted.

Fun facts about me

  • I moved to Switzerland 23 years ago without speaking any German. I built my way from recruiter to influencer and successful entrepreneur, mentoring and coaching hundreds of people along the way in both Swiss German and English. I now have over 17'000 followers on LinkedIn and create relevant and impactful content online.

  • I’m equally comfortable snowboarding or skateboarding down mountains at speed as I am taking relaxing walks and spending time with the family. I spent many years competing in professional Slalom, Downhill and Boarder-X skateboarding and even had the chance to represent Great Britain at the World Championships.

  • I love listening to music; it’s been a huge part of my life, and I was even a DJ for a short period of time. A lot of memories from my past can be tied to an album, and I’ve always had a massive sound system in all of my cars.

  • Whether it’s coaching my kids through their own entrepreneurial adventures or challenging myself to hit the perfect drive on the golf course.
